El Aleph -
Private Luxury Charter on Indonesia’s finest sailing schooner, a symphony in 100-year old tropical hardwoods – a traditional Phinisi sailing vessel outfitted as a luxury owner’s yacht.

El Aleph was built in Sulawesi and Bali, to sail the exotic Indonesian archipelago in adventurous luxury – diving the rich coral reefs, anchoring in secluded lagoons, drifting East with the monsoon winds, then back with the springcurrents.

Fully crewed with gourmet chef, cabin staff, and scuba and leisure facilities, El Aleph offers every modern convenience – from air-conditioned cabins and lounges to a massive battery banks allowing for quiet-boat operation with all engines shut down – and is now available for private luxury charters in East and West Indonesia at various times during the year. On occasion, we also offer the opportunity to join us in our Indonesian sailing adventures at a fraction of the cost of full-boat charter.

Bringing together traditional Phinisi design and 21st century technology, El Aleph was built as a unique luxury owners-yacht finished in tropical hardwoods by Bali’s finest cabinetmakers: she is now available for private charter and expeditions in Bali/Komodo Indonesia or beyond for the 2009 Season.

Craftsmen spent more than 100,000 man-hours on the final fit-out of El Aleph.
